Due to the nature of personal protective equipment, we do not accept returns on any opened disposable nitrile gloves or PPE items. The products can be exchanged if unopened at the expense of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any damages or defective products, contact us at the following email email@example.com attaching pictures and detailed information of the purchased item(s) within 07 calendar days of receiving your order.
We will assess each return or exchange request on a case-by-case basis. The shipping fees for returning unopened non-defective items are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will not include shipping fees. Our customer service team will happily review and send you a replacement(s) if applicable.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
